The DiFrancesco original recipe that started it all. We make our sparkling Ginger Mead using high-quality, yet simple ingredients. The tasteful addition of authentic, fresh ginger lends the perfect amount of natural bite to compliment the sweetness of golden honey creating a zesty, yet balanced libation.
Our sparkling Ginger Mead has an ABV of 9%, it is naturally gluten free, contains no artificial flavors, no preservatives and has no added sulfites.
Our sparkling Cherry Mead is made with pure Montmorency cherries with a touch of black tea. We maintain the same perfect semi-sweet balance as our Ginger Mead, with the tartness and aroma of these amazing cherries grown in North America.
Our Cherry Mead has an ABV of 7.5%, it is naturally gluten free, contains no artificial flavors, no preservatives and has no added sulfites.
Our Hibiscus Mead is perfect for the red wine lover. Served traditionally, it is robust and slightly tart with floral notes. It is perfect with meals of fish or chicken, or chilled on a warm afternoon.
The Hibiscus Mead is around 11% ABV depending on batch variability, and only sold in 750 ml bottles. As with all of our products, it is naturally gluten free, contains no artificial flavors, no preservatives and has no added sulfites.
- 5 gallon Sankey keg (sixtel) – pick up at the meadery, or delivered within a limited radius.
- 12 oz. glass bottle with crown cap for carbonated products.
